As Co-President of the Los Angeles Forum for Architecture and Urban Design, Nina Briggs leads the organization in publications, programming and exhibitions that instigate dialogues on the built environment, which stimulates my engagement on critical issues of the city’s urbanism. As an Action Leader and Archivist of the Association for Women in Architecture + Design, Nina organizes and leads workshops writing women into Wikipedia as part of a global archival documentation project vital to building a collective memory of women’s contributions to the built environment professions. Nina currently leads the committee planning the 100th anniversary, as the creator of the ‘MARKER’ international design competition.
